**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution.
- Interpret and implement design drawings and technical specifications on-site.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per company standards.
- Track project progress and report updates to project managers/designers.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance guidelines are followed at the site.
- Assist in managing site resources, materials, and labor effectively.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
