**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Interior Designer Site Supervisor** to oversee our interior design projects on-site. The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensuring the project is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor interior design project execution at site.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship to maintain design standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
- Manage labor teams and allocate work as per project requirements.
- Resolve site-level issues, delays, or design conflicts proactively.
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are maintained on-site.
- Work closely with the design team to implement drawings accurately.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in **Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering**.
- Proven experience in **site supervision** for interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SketchUp/AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle on-site challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
