We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to join our construction and interior design team at UrbanFeat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will oversee on-site activities, ensure the highest quality of interior finishing, and coordinate effectively with the project manager, designers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure timely project completion. You’ll be responsible for ensuring project standards, supervising day-to-day operations, and maintaining a safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to interior design and construction, ensuring project deadlines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct inspections and ensure that work aligns with design specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinate with designers, project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to communicate project requirements and resolve any on-site issues.
- **Material Management**: Monitor and manage materials, ensuring availability for each stage of the project and proper storage on-site.
- **Scheduling**: Maintain an efficient workflow by organizing and coordinating schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address on-site challenges and adapt plans to ensure continuous progress without compromising quality.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement safety procedures and protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- **Client Communication**: Provide progress updates to the client as needed, handling any concerns professionally and promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and labor, and report updates to the project manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
