**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction, interior design, and renovation projects from initiation to completion.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, bricklayers, and other trades to ensure they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- **Scheduling & Planning**: Develop and monitor project schedules, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure resource allocation for timely project completion.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with design specifications, standards, and quality expectations.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of materials and labor without compromising quality.
- **Safety Oversight**: Enforce safety regulations on the site, conduct regular safety checks, and ensure that all site workers adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- **Material Management**: Oversee material procurement, ensure the timely delivery of supplies, and maintain inventory control.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction, interior design, or renovation work, including delays, material shortages, or personnel conflicts.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and regulations. Maintain detailed reports, documentation, and records of site activities

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role overseeing construction, interior design, and renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).

**Working Conditions**:

- The position requires time spent at the construction site, which may include exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekends and extended hours when necessary.
- Certifications in construction safety or project management are advantageous.
