**Key Responsibilities**:
Construction Management: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities related to plant construction, including civil works and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to uphold construction standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize waste during construction, adhering to project schedules and budget constraints.

Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project management team, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions.

Problem Solving: Identify and address any technical or logístical challenges that arise during construction, employing problem-solving skills and technical expertise to keep projects on track.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection documentation, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on industrial construction projects.

Proven track record of successful project management and site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to industrial projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to project sites for the duration of assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
