**Job Description**:
As a Senior Brand Strategist at Form and Flow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identities and strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and researchers, to develop comprehensive brand strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with clients’ business goals and market positioning.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- **Brand Development**: Lead the creation of brand identities, including positioning, messaging, and visual elements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with creative teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively translated into design and marketing materials.
- **Client Management**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting strategic recommendations and providing ongoing brand consultancy.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze the performance of branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably within a design or marketing agency.
- **Design Proficiency**: Strong understanding of design principles and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- **Research Skills**: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- **Organization**: Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- **Creativity**: Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative brand solutions.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous brand strategy work and successful projects.
