Job description:

- Handle inbound sales enquiries from different lead sources
- Handle outbound cold sales calls to get prospect customers and be open to field sales where the situation warrants
- Schedule & conduct a product demo to potential buyers in an effective manner. Training will be provided to you for the same.
- Send price quotes and negotiate with end customers in order to close deals favourably and ensure maximum lead conversions & revenue generation
- Ensure that weekly, monthly & quarterly sales targets are met
- Participate in weekly & monthly sales meetings & discussions and share constructive strategies for improving sales.
- Maintain a sales pipeline for every month and update the same on CRM
- Listen attentively, understand and document customer requirements and issues on CRM
- Coordinate with technical support team & provide prompt and knowledgeable solutions to customer issues
- Conduct regular follow ups on issues raised to ensure complete resolution of the issue and customer satisfaction
- Update your technical skills with constant learning and develop an in-depth understanding of the product & its purpose of use in real time for customer

**Skills**:1. Excellent communication skills with fluency in written & spoken English and conversant in as many of these regional languages: Hindi/Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam/Kannada

2. Problem-solving ability & attention to detail

4. Good working knowledge of MS Office
- especially Word and Excel

5. Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and building customer relationships

6. Ability to understand customer needs and effectively promote products or services

7. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue generation

Qualifications:

- 10th,12th (preferably science or maths) with a score of above 80%
- Graduates/professionals from any field (B.A., B.Sc., etc)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
