TGEs play a critical role in pursuing and building strategic relationships with Global and Key clients, supporting Frost & Sullivan’s transformational Growth Strategy.As a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders worldwide, the TGE will help orchestrate account strategy calls, understand client needs and growth challenges, and identify next steps in their growth journey. This includes initiatives such as brand positioning, new product development, M&A evaluation, digital transformation, and innovation roadmaps.A key priority of this role is to connect with Global and Key clients to set up high-level interviews for Frost & Sullivan leaders and partners with CEOs, Presidents, and Managing Directors, strengthening strategic engagement and driving business growth.TGEs will collaborate internally across Frost & Sullivan’s expansive Advisory and Analytics network, introducing clients to our Growth Pipeline Engine suite of offerings. Learn more about Frost & Sullivan:Learn more about Frost & Sullivan: http://tinyurl.com/Frost-Sullivan-overviewResponsibilitiesUnderstand and articulate Frost & Sullivan’s unique value proposition and pitch solutions within the Growth Pipeline Engine framework.Engage Global and Key clients to secure interviews for Frost & Sullivan leaders with their CEOs, Presidents, and MDs.Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives across existing and new accounts.Identify and influence key decision-makers at multiple levels within client organizations.Develop relationship maps for prospective customers, driving deeper and broader engagement.Understand business challenges clients face and drive targeted, information-based campaigns to position Frost & Sullivan’s solutions.Collaborate with advisory and analytics teams to maintain a continuous 30/60/90-day pipeline.Leverage CRM to accurately document client activities, track progress, and ensure transparency.Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth within assigned accounts.Handle inbound and outbound opportunities, supporting the full sales cycle including qualification, client meetings, needs assessment, presentations/proposals, and closure.QualificationsExperience selling professional services, with a great track record of success in new business development & relationship managementBachelors degree required. Masters Degree preferredFluent in EnglishStrong CRM discipline, the ability to accurately maintain and forecast 30-60-90 pipelineAbility to meet and exceed given targetsStrong global cross-business teaming skillsAbility to foster connections between and among diverse sets of clients or contactsInterest in working at the intersection of human intelligence, digital intelligence, and AI-enabled tools to enhance client engagement.Experience in relationship building to increase account penetrationPrevious experience gathering business relevant information and generating client interest with a tele sales and social media approachExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environmentExpertise in lead generation, through social media and other sourcesPrevious experience with outbound, fact-finding, and introductory business-to-business (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via email.
