As part of our greenfield expansion in the têxtile sector, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join our team. The role will focus on managing the financial aspects of new projects, tax planning, investment analysis, and ensuring statutory compliance.**

**### *Position Summary**

## *Key Responsibilities*
- **Greenfield Project Finance Management**:

- Oversee financial planning and execution of greenfield têxtile manufacturing projects.
- Ensure alignment with company financial objectives and manage project costs effectively.
- **Financial Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- **Investment Analysis**:

- Evaluate and provide analysis for new investment opportunities, ensuring sound financial decision-making.
- Lead capital allocation decisions and assess the financial feasibility of potential projects.
- **Tax Planning and Compliance**:

- Develop efficient tax strategies and manage tax obligations.
- Ensure compliance with local and national tax laws and regulations.
- **Statutory Compliance**:

- Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant statutory and financial regulations, including audits and financial reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through strong internal controls.
- Ensure that financial practices are compliant with the law and the company’s policies.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

**### *Qualifications**
- *Education*: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the têxtile or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of greenfield projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Expertise in tax planning, statutory compliance, and risk management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
