As a CSR, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our valued customers. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting customers with inquiries regarding pre-sales, orders, and after-sales, utilizing your expertise in optical glasses and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Cultivating strong relationships and trust with our customers through open and interactive communication.
- Providing accurate and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Meeting personal and team service and sales targets.
- Handling customer complaints with grace, offering timely solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to communication procedures and policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- A willingness to work full-time, six days a week, with weekdays off (Monday - Friday).
- International customer service experience and online sales experience are a definite plus.
- Experience working in a performance-based or metric-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of eyeglasses or a willingness to learn.
- A clean, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- A PC with compatible OS versions (Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10), at least 4 GB RAM, and an Intel Core i5 processor or higher.
- Browsers capable of accessing company networks.
- A computer USB headset with a microphone for training purposes.
- Stable power supply and a separate modem.
- Reliable high-speed internet access (broadband speed ≥20M/s) provided by Globe or PLDT.
- Backup equipment and network preparedness to ensure uninterrupted workflow.**Experience**:

**Salary and Benefits**:

- US $1.5 - 2 per hour
