We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding support to our Canadian customers. If you have strong English communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work from your phone and laptop, we'd love to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone fluent in English with a Canadian-style accent and a natural talent for communication and problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and messaging apps
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-focused service
- Collaborate with team members and report issues as needed
- Attend training and follow internal procedures
- Resolve issues, provide product/service info, and ensure customer satisfaction

**What You'll Need**
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with a Canadian-style accent
- A laptop or desktop computer (required)
- iPhone (recommended)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
- A quiet, professional workspace for calls
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Knowledge about car parts and vehicles (must have)

**Qualifications**
- Excellent spoken English, especially in a Canadian accent
- 2+ years of experience in call centers or customer support
- Comfortable working Saturday - Sunday: 8 AM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours) Tuesday: 12 PM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours) Thursday - Friday: 12 PM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Must have knowledge about automotive parts and vehicles

- Saturday: 8 AM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours)

- Monday: No Work
- Tuesday: 12 PM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours)
- Wednesday: No Work
- Thursday: 12 PM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours)
- Friday: 12 PM - 10 PM EST(Canadian Business Hours)
