**Responsibilities**:

- Planned production order completion on time
- In house Machine capacity Planning
- In house Man power requirement planning
- RM planning based on requirement & reorder level (Rods, Sheets)
- RM planning based on requirement & reorder level (Rubber & Plastic)
- Machine loading plan
- Material follow-up (In-house, Vendor, Suppliers)
- Tray dispatch
- Reorder level review RM (standard)
- Review of production batch size & reorder level
- Planning for NPD
- Conducting Reorder level meeting
- Analyzing reasons for not meeting dispatch plan & addressing it
- Conducting meeting with another unit
- Adherence of Tray dispatch plan vs actual (Volume & timely adherence)
- Releasing PO before 20th
- Releasing WO before 20th
- Releasing JO before 20th
- Completion of WO in ERP
- Identifying one vendor/month
- Reducing WIP
- Adherence of Tray repair vs request
- Total Instrument Planned vs Completed
- Total WO Planned vs Completed (production)
- Total WO Planned vs Completed (Special Process - stage wise)
- Total WO Planned vs Completed (NPD)
- Total Vendor JO planned v completed
- Co-ordinate Cross Functional Team (CFT) to solve Customer Complaints for analysis Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) Report.
- Co-ordinate with documentation team and ensure work orders closing on daily basis.
- Prepare Work Order Monitoring Report for Under Processing and Completed status by Weekly/Monthly with trend chart to be submitting to Reporting Authority.
- Maintain 5S System and Continual Improvements as per firm requirements.
- Maintain all documents as per ISO 13485 procedures.
