**Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to potential customers within a designated geographic area. This role requires meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through face-to-face interactions and follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of prospects and customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and research to generate new business.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, ensuring that the benefits of the products are effectively communicated.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and drive revenue.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and industry changes to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Reporting & Administration**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and insights to provide actionable information to management and improve product offerings.
- **Travel**: Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend events, and represent the company at industry conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the industry or products being sold.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
