
Executive Assistant to CEO

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with teams and external agencies. You will act as a liaison between the CEO and others.
- **Key Responsibilities**_:
1. **Calendar Management** : Handle scheduling, anticipate conflicts, and make necessary adjustments.
3. **Meeting Coordination**: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure all materials are ready.
4. **Travel Arrangements**: Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
5. **Information Management**: Maintain and organize confidential files, ensuring the executive has all necessary documents.
6. **Relationship Management** : Act as a liaison, maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders.
7. **Expense Management**: Process expenses and prepare reports.
8. **Special Projects**: Assist with ad-hoc tasks, research, and process improvement.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably as an executive or director assistant.
- **Skills** : Strong organizational, time management, communication skills, and proficiency in office productivity tools.
- **Attributes** : Attention to detail, discretion, ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
