**Responsibility**:
The Customer Service executive will act as a liaison to provide product and service information to the customers. To handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner. Will also assist customers in helping resolve their query and complaints promptly.
- Handling queries/requests pertaining to product and service for inbound/ outbound calls effectively.
- Achieve business related targets as per set parameters
- Complaint Management. &Solving Customer grievances
- Ensuring confidentiality in maintaining data security
- proprietary data of customers
- Meeting and maintain the quality and SLA parameters
Qualifications:
12th/Graduation/Diploma
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
