**Position**: Academic Counsellor
**Location**: Rohini West, Delhi
**Process**: Domestic Voice Process
**Experience**: Minimum 1+ year in Academic Counselling
**Salary**:Up to 40k CTC + Incentives**
**Shift**: Day Shift (Rotational Shifts)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their educational needs and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and other academic programs.
- Assist students in selecting the right courses based on their academic background and interests.
- Maintain follow-ups with students and track their progress throughout the counselling process.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing student queries and providing the necessary information.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of student interactions and relevant documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1+ year of experience in academic counselling or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- **Shift Timings**: Rotational Day Shifts.
- **Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
