**Job Description: Academic Counsellor**
**Location**: Nirman Vihar East Dehi
**Age Range**: 18 to 35 years
**Gender**: Female
**Experience**: 0-1 year
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
**Language**: English and Hindi speaking
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide academic counseling to students to help them choose suitable courses and programs.
- Assist students in understanding and overcoming social or behavioral problems through individual or group counseling.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote educational and career development.
- Help students develop academic plans and set goals.
- Monitor student progress and address any issues that arise.
- Provide information on college and university admissions, scholarships, and financial aid.
- Maintain records of student interactions and progress.
- Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to support student success.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in academic counseling.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help students succeed.
Working Conditions:
- The position is based at Seven Wonders Business Centre, Priyadarshni Vihar, near Makkar Hospital, Nirman Vihar.
- The workplace is easily accessible, being less than 1 km from the Nirman Vihar Metro Station.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
