**Key Responsibilities**
- **International Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in the manufacturing industry across international markets to promote ERP solutions.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in international markets.
- **Client Engagement**: Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to key stakeholders, effectively addressing their specific needs and challenges in global markets.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze international market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements from international regions.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress and forecasts in the context of international sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of ERP solutions for international clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in ERP sales, specifically targeting the manufacturing sector within IT companies, including a strong focus on international markets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
