**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom sessions on **English language** (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and **soft skills** (etiquette, teamwork, time management, etc.).
- Use **interactive and activity-based learning** methods to make sessions engaging.
- Design training materials, lesson plans, and assessments as per curriculum standards (e.g., DDU-GKY QPs).
- Focus on improving **spoken English**, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Train students in **interview skills**, resume writing, group discussions, and workplace communication.
- Regularly assess students’ progress and provide individual support where needed.
- Maintain proper training documentation and student attendance records.
- Prepare trainees for workplace readiness and support their placement journey.
- Coordinate with MIS and center staff to ensure compliance with program requirements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field.
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training in English & soft skills.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire rural youth with confidence-building techniques.
- Familiarity with DDU-GKY guidelines and modules (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with **DDU-GKY**, **PMKVY**, or other skill development schemes.
- Comfortable using digital teaching aids and audio-visual tools

**Salary & Benefits**:
