**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive and engaging English lessons focused on literature, language, and writing skills for senior secondary students.
- Support students’ development in analytical thinking, interpretation, and advanced writing.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to foster student success in English and overall personal development.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and continuous improvement to maintain high standards.
- Participate actively in departmental activities, school committees, and events.
- Promote a love for literature and language through projects, assignments, and discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: M.A. in English with B.Ed.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience, especially with senior secondary grades.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate students to engage with literature and language deeply.

**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month
