**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Economics in accordance with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that meet learning objectives and incorporate modern teaching methodologies.
- Explain complex economic concepts such as supply and demand, macroeconomics, microeconomics, national income, inflation, banking, fiscal policy, etc., in an accessible and student-friendly manner.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and assignments regularly to evaluate student performance.
- Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations, competitive exams, and higher education readiness.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and discussion among students to help them develop analytical skills.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
- Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians during PTMs and as required.
- Integrate technology and e-learning tools into classroom instruction, where appropriate.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other school-related activities.
- Support students with career counseling and guidance in the field of Economics and related areas.
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that fosters respect, motivation, and academic achievement.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
