**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Instructional Planning and Delivery**:

- Teach Chemistry to Grades 11 and 12 as per the CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
- Deliver topics such as:

- Atomic Structure
- The Periodic Table
- Thermodynamics
- Chemical Bonding
- Organic Chemistry (Nomenclature, Hydrocarbons, Alcohols, etc.)
- Inorganic and Physical Chemistry
- Biomolecules and Environmental Chemistry
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and lab activities.
- Incorporate technology, audiovisual content, and interactive tools into classroom teaching.

**Student Evaluation and Support**:

- Design and administer class tests, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Track academic progress and maintain student records.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support or enrichment sessions.
- Guide students for practical/laboratory work and maintain safety protocols.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests (NEET, CUET, etc.).

**Classroom and Lab Management**:

- Maintain discipline and promote a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
- Conduct well-planned and safe laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
- Supervise and evaluate students’ practical exam performance.

**Curriculum and Professional Collaboration**:

- Contribute to curriculum development and review.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty training sessions, and school programs.
- Collaborate with other science faculty members for interdisciplinary projects.
- Stay updated with current trends in chemical education and assessment patterns.

**Parental Communication and Reporting**:

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings and maintain communication regarding student progress.
- Prepare academic reports and assist in preparing documentation required by the school or board.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
