What you’ll be doing:

- Completes global payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices within SAP.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Preparation of GL entries and reconciliations for AP and other accruals as required
- Payments to vendor (International payments - ACH/Wire)
- Preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account schedules
- Work closely with the finance team within the organization for monthly closing schedule and ensures Accounts Payable is closed on a timely basis.
- Understanding of VAT legislation and regulations in the UK and Europe

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years’ experience, must be proficient in German language (Both reading and writing skill).
- SAP (FICO) module knowledge is a must.
- Can work in multiple time zones.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision on selective projects.
- Strong analytical capability with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems in an agile environment.
- Manage and prioritize a large and varied work load effectively and efficiently.
