**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Business Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify potential customers such as EPC contractors, solar developers, and project consultants.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, and channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

2. **Client Relationship Management**
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand project requirements and advise on suitable structure solutions (RCC, tin roof, ground-mounted, etc.).
- Maintain regular communication with clients during pre-sale and post-sale phases.

3. **Sales Target Achievement**
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar mounting structures.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure timely order execution in coordination with production and logistics teams.

4. **Technical & Product Knowledge**
- Understand technical specifications of mounting structures (MS/GI, hot-dip galvanized, fixed/adjustable tilt, etc.).
- Explain the advantages of structure design, durability, corrosion protection, and installation ease.
- Coordinate with the engineering/design team for custom structure requirements.

5. **Tender & Proposal Management**
- Track tenders and bidding opportunities related to solar structure supply.
- Prepare competitive proposals, datasheets, and supporting documents as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate submission.

6. **Marketing & Brand Awareness**
- Promote company’s solar structure products through digital marketing, brochures, and industry events.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B networking meets.

7. **Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis**
- Keep track of market pricing trends, material costs (steel/GI), and competitor offerings.
- Share insights with the product and pricing teams to maintain a competitive edge.

8. **Order Management & Coordination**
- Track client orders from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and QC teams to ensure timely dispatch and quality compliance.
- Update clients on order status and resolve any issues proactively.

9. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, orders, and client communications.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Ensure all client documentation (POs, agreements, payments) is completed and filed properly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
