**Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, calls, and online platforms.
- Identify and approach potential clients including builders, architects, government departments, and corporate offices.
- Follow up with leads, schedule client meetings, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and share sales reports, targets, and follow-up updates regularly.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Coordinate with design teams for marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and site banners.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking meets, or industry events to increase visibility.
- Research and report on competitor activities and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
