We’re looking for a **driven Sales & Marketing Executive** to promote and sell our **solar solutions**. You’ll develop strategies, generate leads, and build strong client relationships to drive sales growth.

**What You’ll Do**:
Develop & execute sales and marketing plans
Identify and engage potential customers
Conduct market research & analyze trends
Collaborate with the technical team for tailored solutions
Meet sales targets & manage client relationships

**What We’re Looking For**:
1-3 years of sales/marketing experience (solar/renewable energy preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated & target-driven
Knowledge of solar products is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
