**Job Title**: Marketing & Sales Executive

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Digital Content Creation**: Coordinate with Graphic Designers for development of Packaging, Posters, Marketing Materials, etc. Also, create presentations and other promotional content as required.
- **In-Shop Branding**: Coordinate with difference Branding Agencies and update branding materials for better consumer engagement.
- **Cold Calling**: Generate leads by online search and tele calling.
- **Carpenter Verification**: Verify and validate carpenter details as part of the sales process.
- **Advertising**: Source competitive pricing for advertising and promotional activities.
- **Product Photoshoot**: Organize and conduct photoshoots for product listings and promotional materials.
- **Marketing Material Printing**: Coordinate the printing of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality output.
- **Supplier Relations**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain key supplier relationships.
- **Inventory Forecasting**: Analyze sales data to predict inventory needs, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and present reports on sourcing, inventory, and supplier performance.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to provide actionable insights.
- **Employee Training Module Development**: Develop comprehensive training modules, covering all aspects of employee lifecycle from joining to resignation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, with an eye for details, and modern design sense.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
