**Position: Back Office Intern**

**Job Brief**:
The duties of a back-office executive include conducting data entry activities, offering administrative support, taking calls, and producing reports and presentations. The Back Office Manager is the boss of the Back Office Executives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To attend the Calls of Customers.
- Working under Tally
- Making Quotation in ERP
- Orders and Payment Follow Up
- Had to deal with higher authoritative and IT Companies
- Chasing the Courier Company for the customers not receiving the Product.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.

**Working**:

- **Hours**: 10 AM to 07 PM, **Days**: Monday to Saturday.
- Stipend: 6k

**Location: Jaipur**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
