Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and submit tender documents in English and Hindi, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements
- Navigate government portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement) for tender discovery, bid submission, and document uploads
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and operations teams to gather required inputs for technical and financial bids
- Draft and validate cost sheets, pricing summaries, and commercial annexures with strategic margins
- Maintain a tender tracker and submission calendar to ensure timely responses
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready, digitally formatted, and aligned with statutory norms
- Review corrigendums, pre-bid queries, and compliance clauses to mitigate risks
- Liaise with clients and government departments for clarifications and post-submission follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in tendering, documentation, or government bidding processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools
- Strong command over English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, and financial documentation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills
- Experience with GeM bid structuring and pricing optimization
- Familiarity with manpower outsourcing tenders and service contracts
- Ability to interpret tender clauses and prepare deviation statements
- Strategic mindset for competitive pricing and risk mitigation
