Tender Specialist / Bid Manager (Govt & PSU) — EV Charging

About the role

Help us win Govt/PSU tenders for AC EV chargers (3.3–22 kW). You'll track opportunities, prepare compliant bid packs, and submit on time—working closely with sales, engineering, and finance.

What you'll do

• Track CPPP, GeM, and state portals (MCGM/BEST, TMC, NMMC, CIDCO, MMRDA, Railways, DISCOMs) and keep a live tender pipeline.
• Run quick go/no-go checks; maintain a basic risk & compliance note.
• Build submission packs: forms, affidavits, MSME/NSIC, ISO, GST/PAN, financials, NABL/IDEMI reports, tech sheets, GA drawings.
• Create technical/commercial compliance matrices (GTP/SCC/GCC), BOQ, delivery timelines, warranty/AMC write-ups.
• Draft pre-bid queries, attend/track clarifications and corrigenda.
• Ensure error-free uploads and on-time e-submissions; keep tidy digital folders.
• Post-bid follow-ups: clarifications, negotiations support, LOA/PO review, and clean handover to execution.
• Maintain trackers/MIS; reuse templates to cut cycle time.

What you'll bring

• Experience: 3–8 years in Govt/PSU tendering (power/electrical/infra/IoT preferred).
• Tools: CPPP/GeM/state e-portals, MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Acrobat/e-sign.
• Strengths: Detail-first, deadline-driven, clear documentation, coordination across teams.
• Nice-to-have (we can train): EV basics, IEC/IS standards, OCPP/OCPI, Zoho Projects/Books.
