**Full job description**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms.
- Manage tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms.
- Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments for documentation, vendor registrations, and queries related to tenders.
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports.
- Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials for tendering processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in tendering procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, with expertise in the GeM portal.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, processes, and procedures (online and offline).
- Familiarity with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Business Administration, Commerce, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
