**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the insurance business, including timely collection follow-up from principals, timely payment to partners, and invoice follow-up.
- Ensure that all KYCs are checked and up to date.
- Responsible for monthly data reconciliation and deriving profit and loss statements of insurance business which will be shown as channel wise.
- Keep a repository of all partner and principal agreements.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure that all financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Closely monitor advance partner business and provide necessary support.
- Ensure that all calculations are accurate and up to date.
- Must have excellent Excel and Tally knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel and Tally.
