Job Overview
The role of a Finance Automation Assistant is to support the team in implementing and maintaining finance automation processes, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing high-quality financial reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing financial processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, including designing and implementing process changes, monitoring, and evaluating process effectiveness, and identifying and mitigating process risks.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of finance configurations and processes, including SAP Finance documentation, interface documentation, and financial report documentation.
- Participate in system integration and interface management, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party tools.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, analyzing and interpreting financial data to provide better automation solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance automation, SAP Finance module management, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
