**ob Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to increase sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adjust sales and marketing strategies as needed.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment of products.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote our products and services.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing of metal scrap or related products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base in international markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to think strategically and develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
- Experience with market research, analysis, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to travel domestically &internationally as needed.
