**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain financial models to support project planning and forecasting
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Monitor project budgets and track financial performance against targets
- Prepare regular forecasts and variance analyses to assess financial performance and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal partners and management
- Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and support project delivery
- Liaison Inquiries with Revenue Recognition / Finance teams
- Engage with clients to discuss project financials, billing, and invoicing as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objective
- Identify opportunities to Optimize Margins & Hours
- Manage Resourcing & Staffing Plans
- Lead Continuous Improvement Efforts
- Analyze / Optimize Contingency Usage
- Prepare / Endorse Attestation Financials
- Drive Partners Communications & Change Orders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management and 2+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel or Google sheet skills
- Experience with financial systems and tools (preferably ERP systems, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Data analytics and/or Tableau experience is preferred
