**About the position**

Location: Bengaluru, India

Hybrid

As a **Finance Controller **you will be responsible for the financial control activities in two factories in Germany and drive process improvements for the business.
- Take responsibility for the Balance Sheet and P&L reporting for the entities
- Liaise with (senior) stakeholders like supply chain, treasury, tax and group finance
- Own the month end close process
- Local tax and statutory compliance and reporting
- Regular cash flow forecasting for the group
- R2R improvement projects

You get the opportunity to develop the financial control organization and make your own mark on the business. As a business partner, you liaise with internal stakeholders from local and global (finance) teams on the financial control activities (supply chain, treasury, tax and group finance).

The (Senior) Finance Controller will be reporting into the Regional Financial Controller for Western Europe.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You will receive a lot of responsibility; therefore we ask that you bring +10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling and/or plant controlling and a master's degree in finance or accountancy.

You are familiar with IFRS and HGB reporting. A professional qualification (e.g. Certified Accountant) is desirable. Work experience in SAP (S4) and German language is a big plus.

You work delivery-focused with a high degree of ownership and a positive, growth mindset. You build relationships and communicate cross-functionally, with internal and external stakeholders.
