**Role Overview**:
A Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Finance Managers provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.

1. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational goals and objectives. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

2. Reviewing the accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

3. Manage the organization's budgeting process, including budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis. Collaborate with department heads to develop budget plans aligned with business objectives and operational needs.

4. Monitor cash flow projections and manage cash balances to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Implement cash management strategies, including optimizing cash flows, managing receivables, and overseeing payables.

5. Identify and assess financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and financial integrity.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Coordinate financial audits and examinations by external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.

7. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks and returns, and make recommendations for investment decisions. Manage investment portfolios to optimize returns while maintaining appropriate levels of risk.

8. Implement and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Leverage technology solutions for financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

9. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

10. Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred)

2. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or FP&A roles, with progressively increasing responsibility

3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends

4. Knowledge of financial management systems and software (e.g., ERP systems, financial reporting tools)

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

6. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams

7. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry and jurisdiction.
