FINANCE CONTROLLER REQUIRED URGENTLY.
Incumbent should be already heading a company whose customer base exceeds 10 million in India with a rich experience.
**Should be currently working in a 10 Million+ Customer base company.**

Financial Controller is needed for an Indian operation with over ten million customers.
This role is responsible for managing the company's financial resources, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of a Financial Controller:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements (like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) and reporting on the company's financial performance.

Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, and forecasting future financial needs.

Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Management Reporting: Preparing reports for management and the board of directors, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience.

Proficiency in financial planning and analysis.

Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Understanding of Indian GAAP and other relevant regulations.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year

Schedule:
