**Role Overview**:
As a **Customer Support Officer**, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical. Your responsibilities will include managing customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing timely resolutions within SLAs. Sales the Modules, You will also work towards maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer issues and complaints within SLAs.
- Providing timely and effective solutions for customer concerns.
- Handling routine problems based on guidelines and instructions.
- Contributing as an individual contributor in a team.
- Handling escalations and working towards customer retention.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and perform under pressure.
- Communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
- Willingness to travel as needed (local and outstation).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
