**Key Responsibilities:Client Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients at the **Site Office**, assisting them with documentation and registration procedures.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding required documents, timelines, and processes.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place before appointments.
- Address client queries related to legal documentation and escalate complex matters to senior associates.

**Document Collection & Verification**:

- Collect, verify, and organize legal documents required for **registration and compliance purposes**.
- Ensure that all documents meet legal and regulatory requirements before submission.
- Maintain a systematic record of received documents and track pending submissions.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure all client files are complete and up to date.

**Liaison with Internal & External Stakeholders**:

- Coordinate with lawyers, legal assistants, and external agencies to facilitate smooth documentation and registration processes.
- Liaise with government offices, notaries, and other relevant authorities for the submission and processing of legal documents.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing agreements, affidavits, and other legal paperwork.

**Administrative & Office Support**:

- Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
- Track the progress of registrations and follow up with concerned parties to expedite the process.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining logs, and updating case files for internal reference.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of all legal documents, both physically and digitally.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory),or 12th (H.S.C ) Pass
- **Experience**: Prior experience in Office Administrative Department, real estate legal department, or administrative legal role is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of legal documentation and registration processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Work Environment & Benefits**:

- **Work Location**: Primarily at **Site Office**, with periodic visits to the law firm’s office.
- **Work Hours**: 10 to 7 with flexibility based on client requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
