**Job Summary**:
The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, managing communications, and representing the executive in interactions with stakeholders. This role demands discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Attend executive meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Oversee the preparation and coordination of board meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage office budgets, expense reports, and procurement for executive needs.
- Support project management tasks, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure executive readiness for meetings through briefing materials and background research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of executive-level administrative support experience.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience interacting with board members, senior management, and clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a corporate, nonprofit, or government executive office setting.
- Project management or event coordination experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Asana, or SharePoint.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard office hours, with occasional evening or weekend work depending on executive schedules.
- Hybrid or remote work options depending on organizational policy.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
