- Manage the collection of reviews across platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) and track performance.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, resolving any issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive brand image by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews and addressing negative ones.
- Report on review metrics such as quantity, quality, and sentiment.
- Work with the marketing team to analyze feedback and improve customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with review platform guidelines and avoid fraudulent or biased reviews.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, customer-centric, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for tracking and communication.
