**Job Summary**: We are seeking a Sourcing Executive to manage and engage channel partners for our residential & commercial projects in Hinjewadi and Wakad. The role focuses on driving sales through effective partner on-boarding, relationship management, and market engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers.
- Conduct meetings, trainings, and project briefings for partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement.
- Share timely project updates, offers, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for support materials and information.
- Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate site visits and assist in closing deals with partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new ones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and documentation standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate sector.
- **Preferred Background**: Experience working with reputed developers in Hinjewadi and Wakad markets.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- **Other**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel partner engagement.
