**Job Title: Sourcing Executive - Real Estate**

**Location**: Mumbai**

**Employment Type**: Full-time**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source potential properties for acquisition through various channels, including online listings, real estate agents, and personal networks.**
**- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential acquisitions.**
**- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.**
**- Negotiate terms and conditions of property acquisitions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.**
**- Coordinate due diligence activities, including financial analysis, legal review, and property inspections.**
**- Prepare detailed reports, financial models, and presentations to support investment decisions.**
**- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.**
**- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, or related roles.**
**- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate deals.**
**- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, investment principles, and financial analysis.**
**- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**
**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., CRM, property databases).**
