**Qualification**: Graduate (Any Stream) / Postgraduate (Preferably in Operation and Supply Chain).

**Reporting to**: Sourcing Manager.

**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years. (Preferably Printing and Packaging Industry)

Ø Team Leading

Ø Proficient in vendor Management and sourcing activity.

Ø Setting up of vendor evaluation on timely basis to measure their performance with respective to lead times, quality, and cost and taking necessary corrective action with vendor as needed.

Ø Knowledge and exposure in allied supply chain activities like logistics, customer handling and warehousing function.

Ø Cost negotiation to ensure business profitability, also analyse and take step for cost reduction.

Ø Build relationship with vendors and other internal stake holders to ensure seamless order fulfilment as per defined timelines and processes.

Ø Ensure supplier agreement is maintained and renewed on timely basis.

Ø Manage load distribution among vendors, by way of evaluating their capacity and past performance.

**Skills Needed**:
Ø Advanced knowledge of excel to produce MIS for the management.

Ø Woking knowledge of SAP preferably in material management and sales and distribution module.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
