**Job Summary**:
As a Sourcing Executive at Vardhman Developers, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by ensuring a steady pipeline of real estate brokers who will assist in property sales and leasing. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our network of real estate professionals.
- Identify and source real estate broker databases relevant to our target markets.
- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage with potential brokers.
- Activate brokers by ensuring their understanding of our offerings and their commitment to working with Vardhman Developers.
- Collaborate with the tele-calling team to provide them with accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure lead generation targets are met.
- Coordinate and schedule broker visits to our project sites or sales offices.
- Follow up on broker visits to address queries and move them through the sales pipeline.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sourcing, broker engagement, or a related field within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of broker database procurement and management.
- Proven track record of successful broker outreach and activation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
