Logistics Administrator

About the Role
As a **Logistics Administrator**, your daily responsibilities will primarily involve data entry, maintain shipment records, and handle basic logistics paperwork.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills,1-2 years of experience in basic logistics support, excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor shipment status and ensure accurate data is maintained in the system
- Provide timely shipment updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs clearance
- Understanding of freight and purchase order (PO) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation is preferred
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- UK shift
