- **Vendor negotiation**: Collaborating with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- **Sales and promotion**: Promoting and selling travel packages and special offers to meet sales and revenue targets.
- **Documentation and records**: Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
- **Travel intelligence**: Staying current with travel trends, destination details (customs, weather, currency), and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
