**Role Purpose**

This role is responsible to guide the team in assigned operations of loading, unloading, sorting, segregation & transfer of baggage and other items, and oversee services of cabin cleaning, wheelchair and other services. Furthermore, the role is responsible to ensure all activities at BMA, belt and aircraft, cargo or operational sites are as per the departmental SOP following QHSE norms & standards.

**What you will be doing**
- Responsible for assigning and scheduling duties for all team members and monitor staff attendance, break-time and shift schedules
- Monitor accuracy of processing, storage & dispatch of inbound & outbound baggage, mails, cargo, courier, ULD & other vehicles. Also ensure efficient wheelchair & cabin cleaning services for providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor operations at baggage make up area (BMA) & arrival belt and cargo facility; also ensure departmental compliance in checked-in baggage tally, segregation of transfer/offloading of baggage and cargo loading/offloading as per load plan.
- Liaise with concerned departments, baggage belt control, etc. to ensure seamless & operations; ensure timely reports on discrepancies/incidents to OCC.
- Evaluate and examine cleaning procedures while making modifications if needed; ensure good housekeeping at work areas which includes sanitizing, cleaning, dusting and removing waste materials from aircraft and other operational areas.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Team player with ability to follow instructions
- Language Skills: Basic knowledge of oral and written English
- Knowledge of Cabin Cleaning procedures, airside safety procedures, aircraft disinfestations, ramp handling, emergency procedures and radio communication, Aircraft handling and loading / DGR CAT 8 and SMS
