**The ATW Stringer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the **automatic stringer machine** used to weld solar cells together to form a solar module. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate the ATW stringer machine to perform precise tabbing and welding of solar cells.
- Set up the machine according to the specifications for different solar module types.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor the welding process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to production standards.
- Inspect solar cells for defects such as misalignment, poor welding, or damaged cells.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load and unload solar cells and ribbons into the machine as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
- **Process Monitoring**:

- Track production metrics, including output rates, defect rates, and machine performance.
- Report any deviations or issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance team.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries.
